Engaging Approach

  • Independent, online learning mixed with live Interactive sessions

  • Hands-on practice throughout the courses

​Time Commitment - approximately 5-6 total hours per  2-week course

  • 2-3 hours of independent, self-paced online learning with prep activities focused on your change initiatives

  • 3-hour synchronous expert instructor-led sessions, with an "Ask an Expert" Q&A at the completion of all synchronous sessions

Beyond the Course

  • Peer-to-peer discussion groups to enhance learning and create networking opportunities

  • Reusable resources to use for other change initiatives 

Pricing​ - $399 per course, includes:

  • Registration in Canvas, our online learning platform

  • Digital badge awarded upon completion of each course

  • Begin to draft your roadmap for communicating the change

Enabling Change

  • ​Leverage your Stakeholder Analysis to determine training needs, and begin to draft a learning strategy by group
